CLEANING & CONDITION
Guests are kindly asked to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition upon departure.
If additional cleaning is required after check-out, any related costs may be charged accordingly.
DAMAGE & RESPONSIBILITY
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Any damage identified after check-out will be assessed, and the cost of repair or replacement will be charged based on the actual situation.
KEYS & ACCESSORIES
All keys, garage remotes, and any access devices must be returned and placed back in their original location upon check-out.
If keys, remotes, or access devices are not found at check-out, they will be considered missing, and replacement costs (typically $100–$150 depending on the item) will be charged accordingly.
RUBBISH & APPLIANCES
Guests must dispose of all rubbish properly during their stay, following the provided instructions.
A fee may apply if excess rubbish is left at the property, bins are not placed out for collection, or waste is not correctly sorted into general waste and recycling.
Guests are also asked to use the garbage disposal unit (if available) and all household appliances with care. Any damage caused by improper use will be charged based on repair or replacement costs.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the property.
COMMERCIAL USE
The property is for residential use only.
Commercial photography, filming, events, or any business-related activities are not permitted unless prior approval has been granted.
QUIET ENJOYMENT
Please respect neighbours and the surrounding community at all times.
Parties, large gatherings, or disruptive behaviour are not permitted.
CHECK-OUT REQUIREMENTS
Before departure, guests are required to ensure:
- All doors and windows are closed and locked
- All lights, air-conditioning, and electrical appliances are turned off
- Personal belongings are removed
- Rubbish has been properly disposed of
- Keys and remotes are returned to their original location
GENERAL TERMS
The host reserves the right to inspect the property with reasonable notice when required.
In the case of serious breaches of house rules, the reservation may be terminated in accordance with platform policies and applicable local regulations.
